Exceptions:
1. London City AND Heathrow Included
2. Paris Orly AND CDG
3. Andorra has no airport, so it uses one in Spain: I used that for Andorra
4. Berlin Brandenburg Included for Berlin
5. Kyiv Boryspil AND Zhuliany Included
6. All 3 Moscow Airports Included
7. In Cyprus BOTH Larnaca AND Nicosia are included
8. BOTH major airports in Tehran are included
9. Damascus Airport has NO coverage and is therefore not included
10. In Israel Tel Aviv is used because there is no prooper airport in Jerusalem
11. Sanaa has NO coverage
12. Ashgabat has NO coverage
13. Pyongyang has NO coverage
14. Tripoli has NO coverage
15. Nouakchott has NO coverage
16. Bamako has NO coverage
17. Niamey has NO coverage
18. N'Djamena has NO coverage
19. Asmara has NO coverage
20. Djibouti has NO coverage
21. Mogadishu has NO coverage
