Since South Africa has 3 capitals, each capital got 33 locations.
DISCLAIMER:
Locations are not evenly distributed, unfortunately. I tried getting the normal 100 locations for Tanzania, but due to a lack of official Maps coverage, only 28 locations were able to generate. Furthermore, because of South Africa's situation (see above), it only has 99 locations. This left me with 73 spare locations, so in order to get an even 2,500 total locations, I gave the top 3 countries (India, China, United States) more. India, for being number 1, recieved 25 additional locations (for a total of 125), while China and the U.S. got 24 more (for a total of 124 each).
