Slovenian islands with human-made structures/infrastructures
Some of them might not be obvious islands and it also depends how each one of us define the world "island". But I garant you that all of these locations are islands, artificial or not. Also there are a lot more fluvial islands (Slovenia has just 1 coastal island), but here are only islands with human-made structures/infrastructures and that can be actually viewed on google maps.
