A wonderful region in Croatia with many plains, but it is mostly bumpy.
Moslavina is a microregion in central Croatia. The name comes from the time of the Croatian Kingdom, namely the Mons Claudius mountain range, today known as Moslavačka gora. It is located at the transition from central Croatia to Slavonia.
The largest town, transport, economic and trade center is the city of Kutina. Other important centers of Moslavina are the cities of Čazma, Garešnica, Popovača and Ivanić-Grad in western Moslavina. The area of Moslavina contains significant sources of oil and gas, part of the Lonjsko polje nature park. It is located also in Sisak - Moslavina county (Croatian region).
